Welcome to the website of Feldbotanik Patrick Kuss in Freiburg im Breisgau, SW Germany. For many years we have been engaged in science, teaching and consulting in Europe with a regional focus on Germany and Switzerland.

Our clients and collaborators are universities, research institutions, natural history museums and botanical gardens as well as government agencies, nature protection associations and private foundations.

In addition to botany courses and field trips we offer natural history voyages to selected sites in Europe and Northern-Africa. The trips are offered and administered through our travel branch named Naturus Reisen.

For a long time we are commited to promote botanical and ecological knowledge among the general public, students and professional. We participate and volunteer in initiatives to certify botanical competences in Germany and Switzerland as a mean to foster an interest in plants among the next generation naturalists.
